About the job Senior UX Designer
As a Senior UX Designer you live and breathe all things digital design and you strive to keep the customer at the heart of everything you do. Here at Arsenault, you will have the opportunity to design digital experiences for over 2 million Australian customers to make meaningful change at scale. You will join a collective of passionate and innovative thinkers who push the envelope every day to find better ways to keep our customers connected.
Some of your key responsibilities include:
·Working in your delivery mission or squad as a proud and confident representative of the customer, the UX team and the wider Digital Experience Chapter
·Building and growing the UX Design practice, supporting missions and bolstering the delivery process
·Taking feedback, direction and guidance from your peers and your people leader and implementing with your own ability and expertise
·Training, mentoring and guiding other designers
·Collaborating closely with the other UX and UI designers, delivering on our strategic customer experience vision aligned to the business KPIs
·Gathering in depth insights into our users needs by conducting A/B and usability testing
·Analyzing user feedback and activity, then iterating to enhance the user experience
·Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows
·Facilitating workshops and presenting user research results to internal and external stakeholders
What would we love you to bring for the role?
·5+ years of digital design experience across responsive web and / or native app UX
·Proven experience in the successful delivery of customer centric data driven UX design across web and app
·Customer and experience focused digital design portfolio with proven case studies
·Experience with UX analysis, behavioural insights reporting and feedback tools
·Experience with Figma and or FigJam design software
·Strong understanding of the agile delivery framework and methodologies
·Demonstrated Research Ops experience to elevate the value of data driven insights
·Ability to identify, source and deliver new tools, technologies, or ways of working to improve customer experience and drive growth
·Telco experience would be advantageous
