About the job Office Assistant
Arsenault is hiring an Office Assistant for its subsidiary in Germany.
Arsenault Group recently entered into the German market through a Joint Venture. By combining their respective networks and know-how, the ambition of this partnership is to offer a solid and agile alternative to international airlines on the German market.
MISSIONS:
- Administrative support: Filing, receiving/sending mail, writing letters
- Processing various accounting information, processing basic billing tasks in the software
- Entering of daily working hours of employees and temporary workers in the time management tool
- Recording and transmitting information
- Preparing and monitoring site management and daily production dashboards
- Handle human resources administration tasks (hiring documents, transmitting data to HR team, coordinating with payroll department)
- Monitoring compliance with HR procedures
- Handling incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling office events, booking travel arrangements for managers
- Managing employee absence information and daily timekeeping
- Preparation of shuttles to the head office
- Communication of CNESST files with the mutual employer
- Other related tasks
PROFILE:
- Previous administrative support experience desired, ability to work independently
- Advanced level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong English and French speaking and writing skills
- Diligence, punctuality, discretion, confidentiality and reliability
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, ability to work in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- German and English required,
CONTRACT: Permanent Contract
