Our world-class client is looking for a Dispatcher Manager in Pecos, TX. This position oversees the coordination and management of a fleet of drivers and resources to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods or services. They assign drivers to routes, optimize schedules, and communicate with customers to schedule pickups and deliveries. The Dispatcher Manager monitors driver behavior and safety, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with internal departments. They play a vital role in optimizing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Overall, the Dispatcher Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of dispatch operations and the efficient utilization of resources to meet customer demands.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to travel 100% into the field - company or leased vehicle provided.
- 1+ Years Experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Experience in coordination and management of a fleet of drivers and resources
- Dispatching: 1 year
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen

Primarily Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of a professional driver fleet and work collaboratively with them and other operations personnel to ensure the safe and timely delivery of freight to the customers.
- Foster and maintain individual relationships with drivers to uphold the team-oriented culture of the company.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, equipment, or service vehicles to designated locations based on customer requests, specifications, or needs.
- Continuously track personnel locations and utilization to effectively coordinate services and schedules.
- Consult with customers or supervising personnel to address inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill service or product requests.
- Collaborate directly with all levels of management and crews to maintain or modify schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Efficiently assign productive drivers to optimal routes to meet deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze driver behavior and safe driving practices, taking appropriate disciplinary action when necessary.
- Use electronic and telephone communication to schedule freight pickups and deliveries and provide regular updates to customers.
- Enter, modify, and update relevant information in the internal computer system.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including safety, human resources, and billing, as required.
Salary Range:
- $65,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
