We are seeking a highly motivated and independent - Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a leader with an innovative mindset, akin to an entrepreneurial spirit, who thrives in a remote work environment. Reporting directly to the Talent Manager, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition efforts across diverse markets. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, ensuring alignment with our strategic growth objectives.

Candidate MUST live in Monterrey, NL and MUST know the manufacturing  maquiladora environment.  


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong preference for additional professional certifications in recruitment or talent management.
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience working in diverse markets and remote settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships remotely and in person.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with strong social media and networking skills to engage top talent.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with our company's expansion goals. Proactively identify talent pools in diverse markets and leverage various sourcing methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Independent Leadership: Exhibit a strong, innovative mindset, managing recruitment projects with autonomy and creativity. Drive initiatives from inception to completion, demonstrating responsibility and ownership akin to running your own business unit.
  • Remote Collaboration and Reporting: Efficiently manage remote work responsibilities while maintaining open lines of communication with the Talent Manager and other team members. Provide regular updates on recruitment efforts, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Candidate Engagement and Management: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Utilize strong assessment skills to align candidate qualifications with job requirements and company culture.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of the talent landscape within your designated markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent our company brand in all interactions, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities to candidates and partners. Foster relationships that build a positive employer brand in the marketplace.
