Position Summary:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment and facilities maintenance, construction projects, and commissioning of equipment and machinery. The role requires a strong background in maintenance and project management, as well as a commitment to ensuring the company's facilities and equipment operate efficiently and safely.

Key Requirements:
- Maintenance and Facility Management Manufacturing industry 7 years minimum
- Validated USA VISA for traveler.
- Construction project management or commissioning of new operations, expansion/transfer 3 years
- Project management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). 5 years
- Managerial / leadership position held for at least 7 years.
Education Required:
- Electric Engineering, Engineering, Mechatronic or related.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects, including the planning, execution, and completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Led the commissioning of new equipment and machinery, ensuring they met performance and safety standards and the Capex process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless equipment integration into production processes.
- Develop commissioning procedures and oversee testing and validation processes.
- Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and facilities.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance budget.

- Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities, including buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all facility maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance and construction staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, project progress, LEED, and commissioning reports.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance and project status, including key performance indicators.
