Human Resources Generalist - Mexico City Metropolitan Area
We are in the search of a Human Recourses Generalist for a world-class company in Mexico Metropolitan Area. The HR Superintendent will provide support in a variety of HR disciplines, including but not limited to employee relations, LFT, IMSS, benefits, audits, performance management, safety, legal compliance, and strategic planning. A true roll up the sleeves professional, the Human Resources Superintendent will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to traditional HR functions while reporting to the HR Manager.

Key Qualifications
- A Degree in BA or related field
- Min. 10 years of experience in the HR field
- Keen knowledge and experience with implementation and tracking of HR KPIs
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of Mexico Labor Law and HR best practices, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Training, Internal Communication, Labor Relations, and its RIT
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Leads the recruitment and selection process and ensures accuracy of the HRIS.
- Support current and future business needs through training and development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture and promote a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Helps to maintain pay plan and benefits program competitive by being aware of changes and challenges in the industry.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics (KPIs).
- Ensure legal compliance throughout excellent human resource management and communication.
