Job Summary:

This role will be responsible to manage the Tool Life, process parameter definition, new work instruction creation and improvement, process definition for secondary operations, Cycle time studies, creation of new machining programs, adjustments to process, tool life improvements and tool expense savings.

Our client will only accept MX payroll and will give preference to local candidates.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Electronic, Materials, Mechatronics, Robotic engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role

  • 3+ Years of experience in the automotive industry

  • Experience in CNC Programming, model changes, tooling, fixtures and clamping systems.

  • Statistical Analysis knowledge

  • G-Code, M-Code programming experience

  • English Advance (Fully Professional expertise)

Certifications/Training:

  • IATF16949

  • VDA 6.3

  • 3Q6S Knowledge

  • Quick Response Quality Control

  • Poka-yoke

  • GD&T

  • PDCA methodology

  • equipment maintenance

  • Lean Manufacturing

  • PFMEA

Primarily Job Responsibilities:

  • Assure the support to the production line, making sure that they perform the function and tasks

    required to assure the resources and conditions to fulfill the production requirements.
  • Investigate quality problems and apply sound technical judgment to develop potential solutions.

  • Network and leverage the machining supply base/community for lessons learned and read across best practices.
  • Quote new projects based on standard costs.

  • Root Cause Analysis and Lean Tools.
