Industrial Mechanic

Our client operates within the solar energy industry, and their products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art automatic production facility using sophisticated machinery. These products are assembled with high-precision, fully automatic equipment.

Qualifications:

• Professional Diploma in industrial mechanics or electro-mechanics
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Experience In welding, assembly, and disassembly, and handling of heavy equipment.
• Interests and skills for problem-solving or troubleshooting.
• Ingenuity, dynamism, resourcefulness, autonomy.
• Tolerance to visual elements and odors.
• Good oral and written communication
• Ability to maintain internal and external relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure and increase reliability, performance, and longevity of equipment
• Preventive maintenance: take care of detected mechanical anomalies
• Installing machinery and equipment. Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
• Participate in the selection of various project equipment
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and Company EHS guidelines was met and maintained during the installation and operation of new equipment
• Evaluate, suggest, and implement instrumentation and connectivity projects for our equipment
• Evaluate, suggest, and participate in automation projects for our operations
• Actively manage preventive and corrective maintenance efforts

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
