Our world-class client is looking for an Electrical Test Engineer in Cd. Juarez, Chih. With strong experience in Electrical test equipment.

This position specializes in developing, implementing and improve all test equipment that determines the condition of the products and verify that it meets the specifications before being shipped to the customer.

Our client will only accept MX payroll and will give preference to local candidates.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Engineering or similar degree.
  • Fully Professional/Bilingual English Level
  • 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of Strong knowledge in Electrical and functional test equipment (Vision systems, HMI, Frequency devices).
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in the LabView programming language.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use and programming of PLC.
  • Experience in the use of vision systems.
  • Management of databases and use of bar code and 2D code.
  • Electric schematics
  • Statistical studies for equipment validation

Certifications / Training (Optional):

Primarily Job Responsibilities:

  • Integrate test equipment, assure compliance of activities, make periodical revisions of procedures and work instructions, and propose process improvements.
  • Supporting failure investigations and analyze issues to root cause and support implementation and verification of the corrective actions.
  • Documentation of test procedures and processes for the use and maintenance of testing solutions and records retention.
  • Identify and keep track of best-in-class processes for testing to qualify/implement into the organization.
  • Work with a cross functional team to evaluate, procure, and qualify new manufacturing test equipment, internal and external (customer) problem resolution and development of assembly lines for new products.
  • Supporting Engineering lab team whose activities include the use of test equipment and instrumentation to test product designs, customer, and certification requirements.
  • Support for QMS and LPA's Audits.
  • Comply with safety and environmental policies.
