As a pivotal member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Human Resources Manager is entrusted with steering the organization towards its business objectives through strategic human capital planning. Your expertise will drive the attraction, acquisition, development, and retention of top-tier talent, cementing the company's status as an employer of choice in the region. This role demands the implementation of cutting-edge HR practices to propel business success, mitigate risks, and harmonize with Regional HR directives, all while fostering daily engagement with employees within a manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, Americas, and integrated within the Global Human Resource Team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the hierarchy, including the Regional Director, HR, and Global VP, Human Resources. Directing a team, you'll ensure consistent adherence to policies and procedures while championing Mexican Payroll standards.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (required), with coursework in business, human resources, or organizational development preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with progressing responsibilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Union is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

- Orchestrating the plant's HR function in alignment with business imperatives.

- Collaborating closely with the Safety Manager, you'll instill a safety-first ethos, while spearheading training initiatives to nurture employee development.
