Ashendon Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, Integrity Supported Living, for an experienced Office Administrator to join their growing team in Hemel Hempstead.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a varied, fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office, ensuring excellent administrative standards and providing essential support to the management team within a growing care organisation.
The Role
As Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for telephone calls, visitors and general enquiries whilst providing comprehensive administrative support across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day to day office administration and reception duties
- Maintaining accurate records and confidential files
- Preparing correspondence, reports and meeting minutes
- Supporting recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and pre-employment checks
- Assisting with payroll administration, timesheets and invoicing
- Maintaining compliance records and documentation
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating facilities administration
- Supporting managers with general operational administration
This is a varied role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive and professional team.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous office administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload
- A professional and friendly approach with excellent customer service skills
- Experience within healthcare, social care or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
