Receptionist – Photographic Studio

We are seeking an organised, personable, and proactive receptionist to join a busy, creative photographic studio. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming experience while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Role

Front Desk & Coordination

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Manage reception security, ensuring all visitors are logged and staff notified
• Oversee studio traffic to maintain a smooth workflow
• Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable

Team & Administrative Support

• Assist with enquiries, bookings, and scheduling as required
• Handle incoming post and deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution
• Maintain and update appointment calendars
• Provide general administrative support when needed

Problem Solving

• Resolve client queries professionally and efficiently
• Escalate more complex issues to your line manager

About You

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Friendly, customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Confident with basic office systems and not afraid of technology with a thirst to learn and take on additional responsibilities as the role grows.
• Adaptable and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Previous reception experience preferred
• Studio or creative environment knowledge is beneficial

Working Pattern:

• 7:15 am – 1:45 pm Monday to Friday
