SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts market research and creates marketing and sales plans to achieve project targets while managing staff.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

- Prepares Rediscounting update- Monthly
- Coordinate with Mancom for Concerns and Updates
- Checking for PR status-Sales
- Checking and Review DR- Filling Material
- Checking and Review DR- Quarry Material
- Checking Inputs of All Billing- One Drive
- Checking Sales and collection update- Monthly
- Checking Daily Sales Update
- Update and Checking All Sales Collectibles
- Discuss Monthly/Yearly sales Targets with the Team
- Conduct weekly meetings with BDS & Sales & Marketing Team (Thru TEAMS)
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time

SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, particularly in the construction industry; implementing sales plans; supervising staff; processing of sales and rental of heavy equipment and other construction materials.
- Prepares quotation and Rental Agreement for Equipment Rental.
- Prepares billings for the Equipment under Rental.
- Prepare Marketing strategy to develop & retain our customers
- Preparation of regular reports and reporting
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals (through Constant training)
- Monitoring of Stock inventory and suggesting order based on the sales offtake
- Conduct a Market Survey to Competitors' pricing and activities
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives' schedules on client sourcing
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Supervise sales representatives and assistants

SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
It is mainly concerned with processing outgoing Trade products from the Warehouse and checking the quantity and types of Trade products being served to our customers. It also involves maintaining patrons and outsourcing external customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Required to collect the Sales Order and Check every detail.
- Double-check and Monitor the quantity and quality of the product before it is fully served to our customers.
- Preparation of regular reports.
- Gathering customer profile
- Develop potential customers
- Conduct Market Survey with our competitors
- Sending of Daily/weekly and Monthly sales report
- Monitor all equipment being rented
- Direct reporting to the Sales & Marketing Supervisor
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
C. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER
- 4years Business Related Course
- At least 1year experience in Inventory or as a sales Clerk or customer service experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Possess proactive and self-disciplined attitude
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excell,Word and PowerPoint
