Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a respected organization in Central Arkansas to help them find an Executive Assistant in the clinic/medical field. This role provides high-level support and oversight across a variety of programs and functions, serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership and the Owner with a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and initiative. This is a career-focused position designed for an ambitious, motivated individual seeking long-term growth within the organization. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in leadership and board-level meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other key discussions, taking detailed minutes and documenting action items.
  • Ensure consistent and timely follow-up on all outstanding tasks, projects, and initiatives with a high level of accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership and the broader executive team, facilitating communication and execution of priorities.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions, offering ideas and organizational insight.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data to create meaningful reports that support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate, draft, and respond to communications on behalf of senior leadership in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with top-level executives and stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Prepare a wide variety of written materials (forms, procedures, brochures, presentations, etc.) to document activities, provide written references, and convey information.
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Technical and functional requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Executive-level administrative experience 5+ years-CEO, COO, CFO experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced professional office environment preferred; medical experience highly desired. 
  • Exposure to financial processes, reporting, or business operations preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with emerging AI tools.
  • Financial acumen, including exposure to cash management, reporting, or business operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills; ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Advanced technology skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and integrated AI features
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-level, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated history of being career-driven, motivated, and growth-oriented with strong past tenure.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Currently serving as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar executive support role in healthcare.
  • Experienced in supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Thrives in a high-expectation setting with demanding internal and external stakeholders.
  • Polished executive presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and anticipatory — able to stay ahead of priorities and follow through without prompting.
  • Enjoys being centrally involved in the business and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to grow with the organization.
  • Interested in a role with a strong long-term career trajectory.
  • Candidate with experience supporting multiple location/business units required
  • Ability to travel 2 days a week to a location an hour and a half away (mileage paid)
