About the job Clinic Operations Specialist & Trainer
Arkansas Talent Group is excited to be partnering with one of Little Rocks premier specialty healthcare clinics to help them find a Clinic Operations Specialist & Trainer. In this role, you will provide operational support and coordinate day-to-day clinic functions while developing broad expertise across all operational areas. The Operations Manager & Trainer plays a key role in enhancing clinic efficiency by streamlining workflows, leading onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance, and training staff on systems, procedures, and patient care protocols. This role bridges clinical excellence with operational effectiveness and is vital to maintaining a high standard of care and a well-coordinated, well-trained team.
What You Will Do:
Operational Excellence:
- Develop, implement, refine and maintain operational procedures to improve clinic efficiency, and high-quality patient care and patient experience.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth coordination of services.
Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing staff, including EMR systems, Microsoft Office, customer service standards, patient interaction protocols, clinic policies, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure staff competency, performance, and retention.
Employee Onboarding:
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, systems training, policy education, and HIPAA and OSHA training.
- Ensure new employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Coordinate with HR and department leads to align onboarding with clinic goals.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations and standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments to maintain compliance.
- Support accreditation and certification processes as needed.
What You Will Have:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in medical office operations, healthcare administration, or healthcare training.
- Strong understanding of Modernizing Medicine EMA preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
