Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a well-established private wealth advisory practice to find a Financial Advisor to join their growing team in Tulsa, OK. Our client is a respected private wealth advisory practice affiliated with a national financial services organization that is in growth mode. For more than two decades, the firm has helped individuals and families pursue financial independence through thoughtful planning and personalized advice.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced advisors, build meaningful client relationships, and grow within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Develop comprehensive financial plans and provide investment recommendations
• Participate in regular meetings with prospects and clients
• Stay current on market trends and financial planning strategies
• Pursue continuous professional development
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a client experience

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a finance-related discipline
• Currently Series 7 licensed, required
• Series 66 license required (or Series 63 and Series 65 in lieu of Series 66)
• Active insurance license, required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
