About the job Senior Financial Analyst
Arkansas Talent Group is working with a large Construction Company to help them find a Senior Financial/Operations Analyst to join their FP&A Team. This is a newly created position due to growth in the organization and this position will report directly to the Director of Analytics. Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in effectively bridge the office and field, particularly in areas like rolling out solutions, driving process improvements, delivering training, and ensuring data integrity for reporting. This Analyst will be a catalyst for analyzing the organizations operations! This is a really unique and fun opportunity in the Little Rock Market!
Duties:
- Gather and examine operational data, employing advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns and optimization opportunities
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive models to drive data-informed decision-making
- Evaluate current workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose enhancements
- Oversee the implementation of process improvements and assess their impact on operational performance
- Address complex operational challenges by developing and executing strategic solutions and Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain operational continuity
- Spearhead or participate in initiatives designed to elevate operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Leverage cutting-edge software and analytical tools for comprehensive data analysis
- Propose or create innovative technological solutions to enhance operational insights and management capabilities
- Foster strong relationships with executive, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. Effectively convey findings and recommendations to key stakeholders through clear, concise communications
- Facilitate smooth transitions during process or system changes by providing necessary training and support to affected teams. Create and maintain relevant documentation and instructional materials
- Other special analytical projects as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Preferably Accounting or Finance
- 2+ Years experience as a Financial Analyst or Data Analyst
- Strong Analytical skills to work with large data sets and produce quality reports
- Software Experience in Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, Power BI, SQL
- Experience in Construction or Procore software is a plus!
