Tax Manager (Boutique Advisory Firm)

Arkansas Talent Group is excited to partner with a Boutique Advisory Firm in Little Rock to help them find a Tax Manager. This is a newly created position due to the growth that will report directly to the Tax Director and collaborate with C-Suite on special projects. They are a niche firm that specializes in a specific industry and has grown their client base double digits consistently year over year across the United States. The Tax Manager will play a key role in overseeing the tax planning, compliance, and consulting services they provide nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax professional to utilize their specialized knowledge while working with a premier firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tax process for a portfolio of clients, including tax planning, research, and compliance
• Quarterly tax projections and consulting with the clients
• Review individual, and business tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify tax planning opportunities and make recommendations to minimize tax liabilities for clients
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff members on tax issues specific to the specific industry
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships through excellent service and communication
• Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and developments impacting the dental profession

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA certification required
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience, in public accounting
• Proficiency with tax software and MS Office suite
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
