Accounting Manager

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a skilled accounting team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Manage intercompany transactions across multiple divisions

• Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 accounting professionals

• Perform WIP calculations for software and sales projects

• Oversee capitalized development projects

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

• Supervise payroll operations for 4-5 divisions

• Work with various legacy systems and Excel to maintain financial records

• Utilize CRM systems for financial management

• Participate in cross-training initiatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all team functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• CPA certification or eligibility required

• 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or management role

• Experience with companies generating $40M+ in revenue

• Proficiency in working with multiple in-house systems

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

• Ability to thrive in a high-transaction, fast-paced environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency

We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, depending on experience

• Annual bonus potential of 6-10%
