Arkansas Talent Group's Executive Search Division is exclusively working with a Specialty Healthcare Group in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to find a CEO for their organization! The organization has gone through tremendous growth, and this will be the first CEO that the group has ever hired. They have a respected reputation as being a leader in their space for the last several decades. Chief Executive Officer will report directly to the Board of Directors that is made up of 10+ doctors.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of the company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and providing Financial Management for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee daily operations, including finance and human resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical communities and referring physicians
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, including doctors, and support staff
  • Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Streamline processes and workflows to reduce waste and increase productivity
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of service
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in company's services
  • Negotiate and manage major contracts to secure favorable terms for the organization
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Drive growth in EBITDA
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business / MBA or MHA highly preferred
  • 5+ years of Executive Leadership experience in the Healthcare field-REQUIRED
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, finance, and regulatory environment
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution
  • Experience building and leading a high performance team
  • Laboratory services experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Arkansas, specifically NWA
