Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a large Registered Investment Advisory Firm to help them find a SVP / VP of Retirement Solutions. This is a strong brand with rich history in Little Rock Arkansas that is looking for an expansion into Northwest AR. This is a newly created position that will report directly to the CEO and sit in a brand-new office in either Fayetteville or Rogers.

As a Senior Vice President or Vice President of Retirement Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance retirement plans for businesses in the Northwest Arkansas region. Your primary focus will be on 401(k) options and comprehensive retirement solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of local companies and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses in Northwest Arkansas
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base
  • Oversee the implementation and management of retirement plans
  • Oversee and mentor support staff and associates
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to deliver premier retirement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary duties and regulatory requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business
  • MBA with credentials preferred
  • Proven track record in retirement plan sales and relationship management
  • In-depth knowledge of 401(k) plans and regulations
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for helping businesses and employees achieve their retirement goals

Client is offering a very lucrative full compensation package that will include percentage payouts that are well above average market payouts, full benefits, matching retirement plans, ample PTO and work life balance, and an opportunity to work directly for one of the most distinguished CEOs in the Financial Advisory landscape.

Base Salary + Bonus Structure is negotiable depending on experience. Title is also flexible depending on the candidate and what they can bring to the organization from day one.
