Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with an exciting FinTech Company in Little Rock, to help them find an Executive Assistant for their organization. This is a newly created position due to growth that will support the CEO, CFO, and two other C-Suite members.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact and support for the C-suite executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive offices and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for four executives, including internal team meetings and external appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal departments, external partners, and clients
  • Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Plan and coordinate company events, board meetings, and executive retreats
  • Running special errands and planning luncheons for Board Meetings
  • Assist with special projects and research as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the financial services or healthcare sectors
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
