Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager OR Senior HR Generalist to join our fast-growing startup organization! The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. This position involves overseeing recruitment, training and development, and implementing HR policies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and resolve issues.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Support career development initiatives to retain top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies that align with the companys culture and long-term goals.
- Build a diverse talent pipeline to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards.
- Update HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect changes in regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Sr. HR Generalist, in a 100-300 company size environment, startup or fast-paced environment experience highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to design strategy along with leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred in addition to HR certification.
- 5-8+ years of HR generalist experience.
