About the job Registered Client Associate
Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively working with one of the largest Financial Services Companies in the US for a Registered Client Associate in their Little Rock office! Client Associate will help support a very successful group of 4-5 Advisors that manage nearly 1 billion in assets under management. This is a newly created role due to the growth of their clients and will play a crucial part of their team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and are passionate about providing top-tier service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support
- Act as a dedicated resource for a financial advisory team, nurturing both new and longstanding client relationships
- Facilitate client requests for funds transfers and other money movement activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for general account inquiries, such as providing account balances, stock positions, and clarifying non-investment-related questions
- Update client profiles and assist with account documentation, ensuring information is accurately entered and maintained
- Guide clients through the use of digital platforms and tools, assisting with enrollment and troubleshooting as needed
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, collecting required information and documentation to ensure a smooth account setup
- Provide clients with detailed information about their accounts, including investment objectives and risk profiles
- Support the teams marketing initiatives, such as maintaining website content and assisting with outreach efforts
- Help implement the teams business plan and client service standards, contributing to overall client satisfaction
- Stay informed on firm policies, procedures, and technology platforms to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training, firm initiatives, and special projects as assigned by management
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, providing timely updates on service requests and coordinating follow-up communications for the advisory team
- Manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and digital meeting links
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare and submit expense reports, and manage the reimbursement process for the team
- Provide general office support, including document management tasks such as copying, filing, and scanning
- Assist with additional administrative duties as directed to ensure smooth daily operations
