About the job National Account Billing Coordinator
Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a leading company to hire a National Account Billing Coordinator in Conway, AR. As the National Account Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable needs of 10-20 large, national accounts, ensuring billing is done per the customers request, resolving billing issues, and ensuring all internal processes related to these accounts are optimized for the customer.
As the National Account Billing Coordinator, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable working with massive amounts of data, and have the ability to problem solve and be empowered to make decisions. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to use Excel, and be highly self-motivated.

What you will do:
- Oversee and manage of all open accounts receivable items for key national accounts
- Maintain key account information related to contacts and billing requests.
- Maintain close working relationships with assigned key customer accounts and respective Account Managers
- Manage all billings to key accounts whether via emails, spreadsheets, or 3rd party portals
- Follow-up with customer service and key account managers for process issues that are impeding payments
- Take responsibility for understanding all aspects of the key accounts in the order-to-cash process.
- Report out timely concerns or risks with any accounts
What you will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent job experience; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of account management, ideally in A/R, A/P, or with large, national accounts
- Proven effective inside account management ability
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Capable of clear and effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships within a team
- Skilled in gathering and interpreting data to generate reports for management and key account managers
- Able to work independently while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
