Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a longstanding family-owned business to help find a Marketing Specialist to join their team. The Marketing Specialistwill play a crucial role in enhancing the client's branding, online presence, and engagement across all social media platforms. This role demands a quick learner who is ambitious, attentive to detail, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for setting trends.
Duties will include:
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Web Updates: Keep website text and content up-to-date, ensuring consistency with current marketing initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels to maintain a positive online presence.
- Trend Identification: Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the social media presence.
- Writing: Craft compelling copy for social media posts, web content, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Presentations & Reports: Prepare presentations and detailed analytical reports for internal stakeholders to highlight campaign performance and insights.
- Event Coverage: Capture high-quality photos and videos of Headquarters' events, business seminars, and training sessions for use in social media and other marketing materials.
- Project Management: Utilize project management software like Trello to ensure timely completion of tasks and alignment with marketing goals.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 1+ years experience in marketing
- Working knowledge of marketing principles and social media strategies
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating social media graphics
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as eclincher
- Experience with project management software like Trello
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, ambition, and a strong work ethic
