Operations Manager

Arkansas Talent Group is working with our client, a residential and commercial construction company, to find a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join their team based in North Little Rock. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional who can drive accountability, manage schedules, and ensure efficient operations across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive accountability for the sales team regarding pricing and profit margins
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
• Communicate cost breakdowns clearly and effectively to the sales team
• Oversee and optimize the bidding process
• Analyze financial data and project metrics to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction operations management
• Strong understanding of construction financials, bidding processes, and cost analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• Extensive experience in construction bidding
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CCM)

• Comp: $65,000-75,000 Strong market base pay with additional allowance for health, dental and vision insurance
