Arkansas Talent Groups Executive Search Division is exclusively working on a CFO role in the Little Rock / Hot Springs area. This is one of the most exciting opportunities in the state of Arkansas to be a Chief Financial Officer with a company that offers: fantastic leadership team, ambitious growth plans, and entrepreneurs that have a proven track record of successful companies!

This is a newly created position in a start-up organization that has undergone extreme growth. This will be a true Finance partner to the CEO and be intimately involved with Investor Relations / Capital Raise, developing and implementing financial strategies, and structuring an in-house accounting department. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic vision and operational expertise.

Other Duties will include:

  • Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
  • Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
  • Oversee accounting, cash flow management, and tax compliance
  • Implement financial systems and controls to support rapid scaling
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform key business decisions
  • Manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement cost-effective production strategies to maximize profitability
  • Create financial models to analyze different production scenarios and their impact on the company's bottom line
  • Oversee inventory management and optimize working capital for the production process
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and potential strategic partners
  • Lead the development of pricing strategies for various products and distribution channels
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the industry to measure business performance
  • Oversee financial aspects of distribution agreements and partnerships
  • Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers or acquisitions
  • Manage the financial aspects of scaling production capacity as the company grows
  • Oversee the financial integration of new product lines or brand extensions
  • Manage the company's real estate and equipment leasing strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
  • MBA / CPA Highly Preferred
  • 10+ Years of Accounting Experience
  • 3+ Years Experience in a Strategic or Advisory Role
  • Start up / Consumer Package Good / Distribution experience is a plus
  • Required Experience in Investor Relations, Financial Modeling, and Strategy
