Office Manager (Bookkeeping, HR, Operations)

Arkansas Talent Group is looking for an experienced Office Manager (Bookkeeping, HR, & Operations) to oversee all administrative operations for multiple divisions within an organization and provide executive-level support across multiple brands. This individual will act as a central figure in office management, HR coordination, and executive assistance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the executive leadership and owner, this role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes for employees and contractors.
• Administer insurance, payroll, policies, and compliance with employment laws.
• Serve as a problem solver for employee-related matters.
• Handle filing systems, data entry, scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and internal communication.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for auditing, collections, and billing backup.
• Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Act as a gatekeeper and primary administrative support for the organization.
• Collaborate closely with other executive assistants and leaders to address communication needs.
• Manage executive calendars and correspondence while assisting with special projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Mac systems.
• Experience with QuickBooks for financial tasks.
• Strong HR knowledge and prior office management experience.
• Experience with managing operations for companies with 65-70+ employees.
