Senior Accountant-Hybrid

Arkansas Talent Group is searching for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing manufacturing client's team in Pine Bluff. In this hybrid role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to support decision-making and project success. Job Responsibilities

• Managing general ledger activities and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
• Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes
• Conducting cost analysis and budgeting for manufacturing operations
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP and relevant accounting standards
• Analyzing variances between standard and actual costs in production
• Managing inventory accounting, including physical inventories and cycle counts
• Collaborating with other departments to improve financial systems and procedures
• Supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of senior level accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, recons, and GL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central would be a plus
• Manufacturing experience would be a plus
