Accounts Receivable Specialist

Arkansas Talent Group is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients growing team in Little Rock. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company with a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional service and high-quality products.

As part of our accounting team, you'll play a key role in computing, classifying, recording, and verifying numerical data to maintain accurate accounting records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and process documents such as invoices, checks, tax exemption certificates, and lien waivers.

• Verify and post details of business transactions, including funds received and disbursed.

• Process credit and debit memos for invoice corrections as needed.

• Investigate and resolve customer account issues.

• Code data for input into financial systems according to company procedures.

• Assist employees, vendors, clients, or customers with questions related to accounts, procedures, or services.

• Familiarity with applicable sales tax guidelines for Arkansas and surrounding states is a plus.
