Lead Financial Advisor

Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively working with a dynamic Registered Investment Advisory firm to find an experienced Lead Financial Advisor for their organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of financial planning with the ability to lead client relationships and implement tailored financial strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong communication skills to make a significant impact on helping clients achieve their financial goals. The firm provides such a strong pipeline of qualified inbound leads that advisors can focus entirely on closing deals and delivering planning services.

Duties

• Present and close business to qualified prospects provided to you by the firm (little to no personal prospecting necessary)
• Develop and implement personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients, incorporating estate planning, tax strategies, investment management, and risk management
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis using advanced financial software to evaluate investment opportunities and asset allocations
• Stay informed about current regulations affecting financial services and securities law to ensure compliance
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using customer relationship management systems

Skills

• Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, securities law, tax planning, and risk management
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as investment management, portfolio management, cash management, wealth management, and estate planning
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication and trust-building
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear recommendations aligned with client goals
• Series 65 and state insurance licenses are required; CFP designation is a bonus
