Arkansas Talent Group is working with a Private Equity backed Practice Group in the Healthcare sector to help them find a Financial Analyst for their organization. Financial Analyst can essentially be 100% remote after training but still needs to sit in the Central Arkansas area for some in-office meetings.

This is a newly created position due to the company's growth and will report directly to the VP of Finance. This candidate must be self-motivated as they will have a lot of autonomy and growth opportunity as the company continues to grow. Financial Analyst will mainly be focused on financial analysis of new acquisitions.

This position also offers high visibility, strong mentorship, and exposure to acquisitions and corporate development. The company has nearly tripled revenue over the last few years. We are looking for candidates local to Central Arkansas at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling on prospective clinic acquisitions to evaluate revenue, profitability, and growth potential
  • Gather and interpret financial data from target practices, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Build and maintain valuation models incorporating EBITDA adjustments, normalization of owner compensation, and projected synergies
  • Assist with due diligence activities by coordinating information between sellers, operations, and accounting teams
  • Develop dashboards and standardized templates to assess deal economics and track post-acquisition performance
  • Prepare financial presentation materials and executive summaries to support leadership and investor review
  • Partner with integration teams to analyze post-close results, identify performance gaps, and recommend process improvements
  • Monitor key performance and financial metrics across existing clinics to inform operational decisions and future growth strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, preferably Finance
  • MBA / CPA / CFA or in pursuit is a plus
  • 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking
  • Strong Excel modeling skills and technical financial acumen
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment where agility and curiosity are valued
