Arkansas Talent Group is excited to partner with a growing regional medical provider in Arkansas to hire four Regional Managers of Clinical Operations. These are newly created roles due to growth and are critical to the organization.

The Regional Manager, Clinical Operations serves as the primary contact for the company's Nursing Home Clients, acting as a clinical and operational resource to patients, families, referral sources, and partner facilities. The role focuses on identifying medically appropriate patients for admission, coordinating transitions of care, and supporting census development through the delivery of clinical education and relationship management.

These positions are in-person or regionally based and require residency in/near the region. Candidates must live in/near, or be willing to relocate to, one of the following Arkansas regions: Northeast AR, Northwest AR, Central AR or Southern, AR.

Out-of-area remote applicants will not be considered.

What You Will Do:

Referral Management & Clinical Assessment

  • Conduct timely and accurate onsite assessments of referred patients.
  • Evaluate clinical appropriateness and payer eligibility for admission.
  • Coordinate transitions of care in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction for quality improvement
  • Oversee providers to ensure effective and compliant care delivery

Nursing Home Relationship Management

  • Build and manage relationships with nursing homes in the assigned territory
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources (e.g., hospitals, LTACHs, physicians, social workers)
  • Educate external partners on available services, clinical capabilities, and admissions processes
  • Maintain regular presence at key referral sites to facilitate communication and referrals
  • Partner with nursing homes to establish KPIs and support performance improvement

Documentation & Compliance

  • Accurately document outreach, referrals, admissions, and outcomes
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, AKS, Stark Law, and internal policies
  • Avoid any activities that tie compensation to referral volume or value

Provider Management, Recruiting, Retention & Engagement

  • Recruit and retain high-performing providers
  • Implement engagement and retention strategies to reduce turnover
  • Promote provider satisfaction and long-term alignment with organizational goals

What You Will Have:

  • Active, unencumbered APRN or RN license in the State of Arkansas
  • 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a long-term care or nursing home setting
  • In-depth knowledge of post-acute care practices, regulations, and compliance standards (including SNF and LTC)
  • Proven experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Prior leadership or long-term care (LTC) management experience required
  • 2+ years of people management or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated strengths in communication, customer service, team building, quality improvement, and performance management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%; valid drivers license and automobile insurance required

Compensation:

  • Generous salary plus lucrative performance-based incentive plan up to 25%

This is a Remote based role. Must reside in AR or nearby area with regional access and willingness to travel.
