Our client, a prestigious culinary academy in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Affairs and Career Services Specialist. This role is key to enhancing the student experience, providing comprehensive support services, and preparing students for successful career outcomes.

As part of a passionate educational team, you will oversee student records, organize key academic events, and manage career services, including On-the-Job Training (OJT) placements, career counseling, and alumni engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support:
    Manage and maintain accurate student records, grades, and academic schedules. Oversee the planning and coordination of academic events such as exams and graduation ceremonies.
  • Career Services:
    Coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT) placements, manage employer relationships, and monitor student progress. Provide career counseling, job placement support, and organize career development events. Maintain an active alumni network, offering ongoing career support and engagement.
  • Admissions Support:
    Assist the admissions team by coordinating application processing, scheduling interviews, and organizing student orientation. Ensure that all admissions documents meet eligibility requirements.

  • Familiarity with Moodle and TVTC platforms for managing online course materials and compliance reporting.
