Our esteemed partner, a leading consultant firm in the region - one of the Big Four, is actively searching for an enthusiastic individual to join as Hospitality Training Facilitator - Metaverse in Saudi Arabia. This role involves an individual who is passionate about education, digital technology, and virtual reality, with a strong hotel operations background - Hospitality, instructional design, and facilitation skills.

The role focuses on delivery of the program in a digital and virtual environment. They are keen to try new and innovative methods and bring a new perspective of hospitality to young Saudi learners.

Function Overview:

  • Master the use of virtual learning platforms and technology tools to create seamless and interactive learning experiences.
  • Facilitate live learning sessions in virtual and 360 learning environments using a variety of instructional delivery techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Collaborate with other facilitators, learning delivery manager and program designers to modify and develop high-quality learning experiences in the metaverse.
  • Manage virtual classrooms and learning environments, ensuring a seamless and immersive experience for all participants.
  • Coordinate with program IT and learning management coordinator to troubleshoot issues from learners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements (KSA regulations) related to hospitality training.

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification in training delivery, instructional design, facilitation, in virtual reality development, or related areas.
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in hospitality training, employee development, or related field , or Minimum 2 - 3 years hotel operational experience in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies, including VR hardware, software applications, and online collaboration tools
  • Experience in delivering virtual training programs or educational content in virtual environments, preferably VR or augmented reality
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel industry, including current trends, standards, and best practices of GCC or Saudi Arabia's culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Emotional Intelligence techniques.
