Creative Designer

We are seeking a Creative Designer to join a leading name in the uniform design industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a visionary designer with a keen eye for style, strong technical expertise, and in-depth knowledge of textiles and fabrics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & Development

• Develop innovative uniform and fashion concepts aligned with client needs and market trends.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to bring designs to life.
• Ensure functionality and aesthetic appeal in production-ready designs.

Textile & Fabric Expertise

• Select high-quality textiles and fabrics that ensure durability, comfort, and visual appeal.
• Work with suppliers to source sustainable materials.
• Conduct research and testing to maintain industry standards.

Trend Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on global fashion and uniform trends to create fresh, forward-thinking designs.
• Adapt designs to reflect seasonal trends, branding, and cultural influences.

Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Partner with production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Work alongside the team to develop brand-aligned campaigns and promotional materials.
• Communicate directly with clients to capture their vision and deliver customized solutions.

Project Management

• Handle multiple projects from concept to completion within deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and quality control throughout the design process.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion, uniform design, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and other design tools
• Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and material selection
• Ability to conceptualize unique, trend-driven designs that balance aesthetics and functionality
•  A meticulous approach to patterns, textures, and finishing touches
• Ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively
• Ability to balance creative vision with the practical and cost-efficient needs of uniform design
