Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and development of the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP), ensuring alignment with IB standards and practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance curriculum delivery, academic strategies, and faculty development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader IB community.
• Oversee MYP authorization processes, evaluations, and curriculum reviews.
• Facilitate professional development and mentoring programs for MYP educators.
• Promote an inclusive, values-based educational environment.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker
• Bachelors degree in a relevant teaching field (Masters degree preferred).
• Fully qualified teacher with appropriate certifications (e.g., B.Ed or equivalent).
• IB MYP training and certification preferred.

Experience

• Experience as an MYP Coordinator or Academic Coordinator.
• Proven teaching experience within the IB MYP framework
• Familiarity with the IB MYP authorization or evaluation process is a strong advantage.
