Job Description: We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join a dynamic team. As a Year 3 or Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and empower students in their academic, social, and emotional growth during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the Curriculum across various subjects.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress using a range of formative and summative assessment methods and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units of study and foster a cohesive learning experience.
• Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the overall well-being and success of students.
• Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Teaching certification/license
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the Australia-Victorian Curriculum and primary pedagogy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
