Key Responsibilities:
The Principal will oversee all academic, operational, and cultural aspects of the school, fostering an inclusive and high-achieving environment that reflects the schools values and curriculum.

• Leadership and Vision: Set and communicate a clear vision for the school that aligns with its mission and fosters a culture of respect, excellence, and inclusivity.
• Curriculum Oversight: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the CAIE curriculum (IGCSE and A-Level), ensuring alignment with the schools educational goals. Encourage teaching practices that prioritize inquiry, critical thinking, and application-based learning, preparing students for both national and international opportunities.
• Student Development: Promote the schools commitment to holistic education, including personal and social development, alongside academic achievement. Lead initiatives that support students character development, well-being, and readiness to engage as global citizens.
• Faculty Management: Recruit, develop, and evaluate high-quality teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive professional community. Promote ongoing professional development to ensure educators remain current with best practices and CAIE curriculum updates.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the wider school community, encouraging active involvement and a partnership approach to education. Represent the school within the broader educational and international community.
• Operational and Financial Management: Manage the schools budget and resources effectively, aligning financial decisions with strategic goals to ensure sustainable growth and development. Ensure that all operational functions meet compliance standards.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with the senior leadership team to set and implement long-term goals, including curriculum enhancements, technology integration, and additional programs that enrich student experience in areas such as STEM, languages, and the arts.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of senior leadership experience within an international school, ideally with knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level curriculum.
• Proven experience in promoting student-centered learning and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
