A leading international school in Brussels is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic MYP Coordinator for an August 2026 start.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate IB educator to join a supportive and collaborative international school community committed to high-quality teaching, student wellbeing, and continuous professional growth.

The successful candidate will play a central role in leading and developing the IB Middle Years Programme across the school, supporting teachers, strengthening curriculum delivery, and helping to ensure an engaging and academically rigorous learning environment for students.

The school is looking for a forward-thinking educational leader with strong IB MYP experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents within an international setting. Previous coordination or middle leadership experience would be highly advantageous.


The role will involve:

  • Leading and overseeing the IB MYP programme
  • Supporting curriculum planning, assessment, and moderation
  • Coaching and mentoring teaching staff
  • Promoting best practice in teaching and learning
  • Supporting IB evaluation and accreditation processes
  • Working closely with senior leadership on whole-school development


Requirements:

  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Strong experience within the IB MYP framework
  • Previous curriculum leadership or coordination experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • A collaborative and student-centred approach
  • Existing right to live and work within the European Union
