The Role
The school is seeking to appoint an experienced and well-qualified A Level Psychology Teacher to join its Sixth Form team. The position was initially planned for a January 2026 start; however, an early February 2026 start may be considered should suitable candidates not be available for January.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering A Level Psychology (WJEC) to a high academic standard and contributing positively to the wider life of the school. There may also be opportunities to teach an additional subject at Key Stage 5, depending on experience and timetable requirements.
Candidate Requirements

A degree in Psychology
An internationally recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or H.Dip.Ed in Psychology)

Minimum of 3 years experience teaching A Level Psychology (WJEC)

Ability to teach an additional A Level subject is advantageous
- Willingness to take on additional teaching or pastoral responsibilities
- Strong subject knowledge, effective classroom practice, and commitment to student wellbeing

Salary: CI$49,700 – CI$69,700 per annum (tax-free)
