Responsibilities:
Lead the technical direction and strategy of the front-end team.
Participate in product design and development of new features.
Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development.
Review and provide feedback on code and design.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a front-end developer and team leader.
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, etc.
Willingness to try and adopt new frameworks.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles.
Experience in managing project timelines and collaborating with other departments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing technologies.
A passion for coding and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
