Salesforce Developer

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• English: Good oral and written skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related field.
• Strong expertise with Efficient UI, Apex, and SOQL design.
• Senior-level experience in software development on the force.com platform.
• Background in Salesforce development and performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and implementing across all layers of web-based SaaS solutions and enjoy a truly-agile full-stack environment. 
• Experience & comfortability within agile development approaches such as estimating, TDD, and working within sprint cycles.
• Familiarity with the Model-View-Controller design pattern.
• Clear communication through technical design conversation, documentation, & presentations.
• Confidence in facing unique or unprecedented development challenges and navigating problems without predefined solution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will scope, plan, design, and develop new features as part of a sprint-based delivery model. Youll be influential on the team by owning, shaping, and developing functionality to satisfy the enhancements raised by our customers and features from our product backlog. Working cross-functionally, youll also investigate and resolve issues escalated from our client support team; identifying root cause and engineering fixes and changes, when needed.

You'll be supported by a mature and experienced development team and empowered to make large impacts in the hands-on development of our application. Ownership through each build is established with a full-stack focus and youll work exclusively with the Force.com platform and other Salesforce technologies, such as Visualforce, Lightning components, Apex and custom objects along with Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Our next addition to the team will be key to supporting the development of the overall solution architecture, with a focus on performance and process improvement.
