QA Architect

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Bachelor's degree/technical certification.
• At least 5 years of Automation Testing experience, with preference on Java and Selenium combined.
• Knowledge of API, mobile and non functional testing are valuable.
• Experience on implementing and maintaining Testing Automation Frameworks.
• Experience and Knowledge on CI/CD cloud solutions, with preference on AWS Code Pipeline and its integration with Automation Testing Frameworks.
• Knowledge of application monitoring and logging tools.
• Clear understanding of software development practices and life cycles methodologies.
• Experience working embedded in Agile teams.
• Conversational level of English (written and spoken).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The QA Architect designs, implements and oversees the design of the complete QA technology stack, ensuring that the right tools and technologies have been selected in order to achieve the QA strategy. This role is responsible for the investigation, design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of all the QA infrastructure, ensuring that all the components work end-to-end, integrated with all engineering practices and tools.
This role is key in ensuring that the QA automation framework is fully integrated with the CI/CD pipelines, following and meeting the design and security policies already established, integrating all the automation scripts developed by the QA Automation Team.
Based on the above, the QA Architect is an essential member of the QA Team, but a prime collaborator of the Architecture, DevOps and Development teams. Also, it plays the role of technical leader for all the QA Engineers.
