Digital Network Analyst

We are seeking a qualified Digital Network Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize enterprise digital network performance, reliability, and security. The successful candidate will support network operations through data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance reporting to ensure stable and efficient digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze network performance, traffic, and availability

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues and anomalies

Support network optimization, capacity planning, and reporting initiatives

Assist in maintaining network security, compliance, and documentation

Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to support operational objectives

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of experience in network analysis or network operations

Knowledge of networking protocols, performance monitoring tools, and data analysis techniques

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
