Job Requirements

• Experience with OTA (Online Travel Agents) is preferred

• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems

• Proficiency in using a channel manager for managing online sales channels

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks

• Must demonstrate resilience, even temperament, and the ability to remain calm under challenging situations

• Adaptability to embrace changes such as new systems, emerging trends, etc.

• Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment

• Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively

• Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively (English & Bahasa)

Job Description

• Ensure all property listings, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date

• Write engaging, informative, and persuasive content to attract potential renters

• Handle implementation of technical online strategy, content score website & OTAs rank for maximizing visibility and exposure

• Register new property (Onboarding) in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA channels

• Manage and update content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTAs

• Conduct a connectivity audit every week to ensure all listings are connected and bookable

• Check and report any technical issues arising from the property, PMS, Channel Manager, and OTAs

• Provide supported data to process data analysis for decision-making
