Job Description:

  • Investigate and promptly report any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAs.
  • Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of property content across all channels.
  • Implement technical online promotion programs and optimize content on the website and OTAs for better user experience.
  • Maintain and update the "Room Availability" document and other related documents.
  • Manage and update content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTA platforms.
  • Register new hotels in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA channels.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and report technical issues from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
  • Collaborate with the connectivity team and eCommerce team to ensure accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
