Job Requirements:
- Experience with OTA (Online Travel Agents) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
- Proficiency in using a channel manager for managing online sales channels.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Must demonstrate resilience, even temperament, and the ability to remain calm under challenging situations.
- Adaptability to embrace changes such as new systems, emerging trends, etc.
- Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
Job Description:
- Investigate and promptly report any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAs.
- Ensure accurate execution and maintenance of property content across all channels.
- Implement technical online promotion programs and optimize content on the website and OTAs for better user experience.
- Maintain and update the "Room Availability" document and other related documents.
- Manage and update content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTA platforms.
- Register new hotels in the Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and OTA channels.
- Conduct thorough investigations and report technical issues from hotels, PMS (Property Management System), Channel Managers, and OTAs.
- Collaborate with the connectivity team and eCommerce team to ensure accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
