Job Requirements:
- Ready to be Placed in ASTON Purwokerto
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of F&B management experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and consistent quality standards.
- Maintain brand standards across all F&B outlets, implementing additional standards where relevant to elevate guest experiences.
- Supervise and guide the F&B team, ensuring they adhere to established procedures and achieve operational excellence.
- Work closely with the culinary team to create innovative menus that cater to guest preferences and trends.
- Stay responsive to industry trends, hotel policies, and market changes, adapting F&B operations as needed.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond to guest feedback to enhance service and address concerns.
- Train and empower the team to provide personalized service that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
- Implement quality assurance measures and gather feedback to continuously improve guest experiences.
- Train and develop a skilled F&B team, promoting a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and a commitment to high standards.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining high standards across F&B operations.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to promote F&B services, special events, and seasonal offerings.
- Support the planning and execution of special promotions, events, and banquets to enhance guest engagement and drive revenue.
- Develop and manage the F&B department budget, including cost control, pricing strategies, and revenue enhancement.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports, using insights to make informed decisions that drive profitability.
- Control expenses related to PTEB, inventory, and supplies, maximizing efficiency while maintaining quality.
- Contribute to annual business planning, monthly forecasting, and yield management to drive revenue and maximize operational efficiency.
- Act as the key contact for F&B operations in the absence of the F&B Director, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted services.
- Undertake other assignments and projects as directed by the General Manager to support the hotels operational goals and strategic initiatives.
