Job Description:

  1. Pre-Opening: Support Front Office and Reservations setup before hotel openings.
  2. Task Delegation: Assign responsibilities and ensure resources meet standards.
  3. Property Support: Assist with Front Office operations at existing properties.
  4. Standards Compliance: Enforce service standards and policies across properties.
  5. Standards Improvement: Recommend updates to Front Office procedures.
  6. New Hotel Setup: Organize teams for new hotel launches.
  7. System Evaluation: Review and advise on Front Office systems and processes.
  8. Monthly Reporting: Develop and review a Front Office performance report.
  9. Quality Control: Guide FOMs in maintaining service quality.
  10. FOM Recruitment: Support the hiring of Front Office Managers.
  11. Training: Assist with Front Office and Reservations staff training.
  12. New Openings: Provide hands-on support for new hotels.
  13. Temporary Coverage: Step in for vacant FOM positions as needed.
  14. Brand Familiarity: Master brand standards across all properties.

Job Requirements:
